Here at Yoga North, your safety and well-being is our top priority. Our instructors will ensure you follow proper alignment techniques and understand the modifications you need to support your body. To preserve a peaceful environment for all our guests, we ask our entire community to follow these yoga class guidelines.
All classes are taught in the style of Vinyasa. Most of our yoga classes are suited for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, and can easily be adapted in intensity. The fast-paced Up Tempo Vinyasa yoga is the only class that beginners are discouraged from attending. Please check our yoga class descriptions and yoga class schedule.
